1. Who provides the service
Grupo Stu, S.A.S. (Republic of El Salvador) operates grupostu.com, herramientas.grupostu.com and the sites of its platforms. By using them you accept these terms.
2. Free tools
The tools are offered free of charge, as is and subject to availability. We do our best to make the results correct, but we do not guarantee that they are error-free.
The results of financial, tax, health or text calculators are for reference only and do not replace the advice of an accounting, legal, medical or banking professional.
3. Your files
Most tools process your files in your own browser and do not upload them to our servers. The few that require server-side processing say so and delete the file within a maximum of 15 minutes, as described in the privacy policy. Even so, always keep a copy of your original documents before converting or modifying them.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the site for unlawful activities, to infringe the rights of third parties, or to try to damage or overload the service. You are responsible for holding the rights to the files you process.
5. Links
The site may link to other sites. We do not control their content or policies. We currently show no third-party advertising.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for losses arising from the use of the free tools.
7. Intellectual property
The brands, design and code of the site belong to Grupo Stu, S.A.S. The files and text you process remain yours.
8. Governing law
